I have two runs available. Each has a 10X16 loafing shed and a large run. The cost is $245 per horse or $450 for two if you want them to share a space. I also have an approx 1/2 acre turn out area that is also usable for working your horse.
We also have a large round pen, tack room, some ligjhting for evening visits, heated water and room for your tack. I feed good quality mixed hay. We will grain or medicate your horse (you provide) if the schedule is during morning or evening feeding times.
From our property you can just saddle up and ride. We are right near Ralston Creek, Lyden and Van Bibber open spaces with miles and miles of equestrian trails.
We are not a large equestrian facility. But rather a family home. So you wont have to compete with several others during your visits for time in the round pen, turnout area ect. You can come and enjoy in our relaxed and homey atmosphere. Your horses will feel at home and at ease.
