The Lazy E-L Ranch is not your typical dude ranch. You won't find a string quartet, wine tasting, or a mint on your pillow. What you will find is a family-owned, authentic working ranch in the beautiful mountains of Montana that will welcome you into the world of early morning horseback rides and the thrill of a 2300-head cattle drive. Looking for a great family vacation spot complete with solitude, adventure, and breathtaking scenery? Come ride, wrangle, and fence with us and look no more. This is our family home and you are invited to join us, horseback. Homesteaded in 1901 by Malcolm S. Mackay, this guest ranch and livestock operation is now managed by fourth generation family members. As guests of the Mackay family, visitors will appreciate an authentic cattle ranch experience, Montana's big skies, and an unforgettable vacation in the intimate privacy of the Lazy E-L
